BigBiz Internet Services Policy for Adult Sites (this page last revised on Thursday April 10, 2003)

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE ONLY PROCESING NEW APPLICATIONS FOR ADULT HOSTING WITH AN ADVANCE DEPOSIT OF $200 PER ACCOUNT. YOUR CHECK MUST ARRIVE BEFORE WE ENABLE YOUR SITE. DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED (LESS ANY COSTS) IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE.

BigBiz Internet Services does not censor material that our customers make available for the public. All customers must comply with our policies. In addition, sites which publish adult material should be aware of the following:

• The site should have some form of protection against minors viewing site, for example RSAC. Please register your site and follow their guidelines.
• Your site should have some sort of password protection or other protective means of insuring the adult material can only be viewed by users with a password and not the public at large. This is to protect you from excessive bandwidth charges. We fully support password protected web sites, please check our Designers Guide for details.
• We re-iterate our copyright policy: copyright materials can only be placed on server with permission of the copyright owner.
• We re-iterate our resource policy: If you anticipate exceeding our disk and traffic allocations you need to make arrangements ahead of time or risk being shut off by our automatic monitoring processes.
• We re-iterate our SPAM policy: no SPAM can originate from the server, and no SPAM can be used to advertise your domain name regardless of its origin.
• "BigBiz Internet Services", "Web Hosts Network", our logos, and any links to our web sites, cannot appear anywhere on an adult site except with our permissions.
• We do reserve the right to shut down any site when we get complaints about anything illegal, SPAM, excessive resource usage, and copyright infringements.
