If you are a customer trying to reach our tech support department, and someone answers the phone claiming to be either Bank of America, or possibly even BigBiz Internet Services - and they are asking you for your account information (account numbers, passwords, etc...) - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT INFO. Hang up immediately.

If you call our phone numbers and you don't hear the usual BigBiz Internet Services voice response system - HANG UP. The phone call has been rerouted by hackers attempting to steal banking information. We are working hard with the phone company to fix the phone rerouting problems.
