12/06/2004 - Update list of ISP's that block port 25 which causes failed connections to the BigBiz SMTP (outgoing mail) servers

Here is a list of major Internet Service Providers that block port 25. If you subscribe to Internet service through one of these providers, you must use their outgoing mail servers to send email. You will be unable to connect to any third-party outgoing mail servers, including the BigBiz servers.
