Effective immediately we will be increasing the base traffic allocation
from 2 Gigabytes to 4 Gigabytes per month.  There will be no increase in
the basic monthly fee.

We will also be lowering the incremental traffic fee from $10 / Gigabyte
to $7 / Gigabyte for traffic usage beyond the initial 4 Gig each month.

We will be rolling back this rate to the 1st of April for all customers.

Also effective immediately we will increase the referral bonus
to 100% (previously 50%).  "refer a friend, and get a free month.".
