General Inquiries

To sign-up for a BigBiz account, please use our online Domain Account Agreement form. For a list of the services we provide, and pricing information, please refer to the List of Services.

Technical Support

Before you request technical support line, please consult the FAQ pages. Many common problems can be resolved this way. If the FAQs don't answer your question, please contact technical support. Our support hours are typically between 10AM and midnight, PST.

Billing Inquiries

Please check the Billing FAQ for some common questions concerning billing. Any other problems can be addressed to email billing _AT_ Note: accounting department may take up to a week to respond. If you have an urgent issue, send email instead to info _AT_

Abuse Department

If you have a complaint about one of our customers abusing their Internet priviledges, example: sending SPAM, or publishing copyright materials without permission. You can contact our abuse department by emailing abuse _AT_ We will investigate and take appropriate actions as specified in our Acceptable Use Policy. If you suspect a customer sending SPAM, please include a copy of the email with all headers intact, including all Received: lines - these are very useful for tracing the email source.
