If you have a complaint about one of our customers abusing their Internet priviledges, example: sending SPAM, or publishing copyright materials without permission. You can contact our abuse department by emailing abuse _AT_ bigbiz.com. We will investigate and take appropriate actions as specified in our Acceptable Use Policy. If you suspect a customer sending SPAM, please include a copy of the email with all headers intact, including all Received: lines - these are very useful for tracing the email source.
